It's that time of year again! Many of you eagerly anticipate the return of this particular seasonal blend, which we roast up from Nov 1 to January 31st every year. Though our Head Roaster, John Parks, always goes for a rich and full bodied flavor profile for the Holiday Cheer, he achieves it using a different combination of single varietal coffees each time, making each year's batch unique! Expect a balanced complexity with a chocolatey finish, perfect for gifting or for brewing for your guests this holiday season!
