What we'll be sampling...

Gramona  Grand Cuvee Cava

Few Cava producers in Spain begin their range with a vintage Gran Reserva made exclusively from oragnically-farmed Xarel.lo and Macabeo but then again Gramona is far from your typical Cava house. La Cuvee is aged under crown cap for a least 36 months before disgorgement and finished with a small dosage of 6g/L. Rated 90 points Wine Advocate

 Copain Rose of Pinot Noir

With the color of freshly cut cantelope, the 2015 "Tous Ensemble" Rose evokes distinct aromas of racy citrus fruits and delicate white flowers. On the palette, juicy watermelon and fresh strawberries are supported by lively acidity to give this gorgeous wine a food friendly structure.

 Cycles Gladiator Central Coast Chardonnay

The aromatics really jump out of the glass. Papaya, peaches, and pineapple on the nose with just a hint of toasted oak. Nectarines and other stone fruit on the fore palate. Ripe, round flavors of peach juice and pineapple finish lush roundness and soft acidity.

 Lolea No 2 White Sangria

An artisanal sangria made with high quality Airen and Moscatel white wine, fresh orange and lemon juice, and a touch of vanilla.

 Lolea No 1 Red Sangria

Sangria made with high quality Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon red wines, fresh orange and lemon juice, and a touch of cinnamon.

Cycles Gladiator Central Coast Pinot Noir

Dark cherry aromas with hints of raspberry and graham cracker on the nose. Similar to Carneros Pinot. A complex array of red fruit compote in the mouth. Plum, cherry, and toast wrap around the tongue which gives way to pomegranate acidity well into the finish.

 Ruelas Reserve Red Lisboa

The Lisboa wine region is the second largest Portuguese wine producing region in Portugal. The landscape contains everything from undulating lush green terrains to steep and desolate mountain ranges. An affordable wine with great appeal. Tradition Portuguese varietals with a splash of Syrah.

 Catena Historic Red

Don Domingo Vicente Catena, Nicolas Catena Zapata's father, was famous in the 1930's for his deep dark red wine blend. This blend was sold in the French-styled bistros of Buenos Aires - the Paris of South America - as the finest wine from the Mendoza region. This wine, DV Catena Historic Red Blend, is made in honor of Don Domingo Catena and his legendary abilities as a Master of the Assemblage.

Intrinsic Cabernet Sauvignon

INTRINSIC is a truthful expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington’s Columbia Valley, yet its uniqueness stems from chances taken. Most Cabernet Sauvignon stays on the skins for up to 1 month; however, INTRINSIC remained on the skins for nine months, resulting in an unexpected silkiness and smooth mouthfeel. As a nod to the urban aesthetic, 10% of the wine fermented in a concrete tank, lending the mineral notes in the wine. The end result is a rustic, yet sophisticated wine.

Unrated, last vintage WS Top 100

Bootleg Napa Red

The Bootleg Red Blend is a big, luscious red with loads of dark fruit and power. Winemaker used Merlot from Stagecoach Vineyard to serve as the base due to its upfront red fruit and soft tannins that make this wine approachable early on. Combined, the other varietals add structure, depth and richness.
37% Merlot, 28% Petite Sirah, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah, 4% Zinfandel
